  • Return & Exchange Policy

    • We do not offer free exchanges; therefore, the customer is responsible for delivery costs regarding returns and exchanges. Exchanges (subject to availability) will be accepted up to 7 days from the date the product was received, in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken. 
    • You are eligible for return only in the case of faulty product or mismatched product. You would require to add photos, videos and invoice of the received product. The delivery cost in case of above mentioned scenarios will be refunded.
    • To request a return or an exchange, DM us on Instagram or email customersupport@epiccloofficial.com.

    • After we receive your item, our team will do a quality check. If approved, we will process the exchange within 5 days.

    • If the required size for exchange is out of stock, or we approve the RETURNED article, you will receive the store credit of the exact amount to be used on your next purchase, lifetime validity.
